Went a wander down the beach after Spin class with my pals dog, such a stunning day and with the wind behind the dunes there was no wind, lovely.

Daughter is not getting home today after all, she emailed me a couple of hours after yesterdays phone call telling me they had changed the plan again. Typical North Sea, plans constantly change. She found the funny side of it.

I did a good deed today, without anybody knowing it was me, I love doing that.
