Happy Days

As a HR person I get to know about things well before (in theory) other people do.

One of the girls who I work closely with confided in me a few weeks ago that she was early stages of pregnancy. I knew when she had told the other girls today by the squeals of delight from them all. I am so pleased…our company so far in 11 years has seen 10 babies born but there is a trend….eight of them twins….

Don’t ask me why I have a duck on my desk – occasionally I throw it at people the wall!! I thought he would make a fun blip
