Loch lift-off

I subcontracted my blip today when Mr hazelh announced that he was going for a ride on his bike around Holyrood Park. Meanwhile I have (sadly) been confined to the house, e-mail shovelling. My favourite of Mr hazelh's shots is this one of a bird taking off from St Margaret's Loch.

Exercise today - a very wooden set of 06:00am loops in 30'10" then some sit-ups. I'm still sore following the mountaineering efforts of Sunday.
