Police Scotland Day 220 - 999 social media feature

Our 'Tweetathon' aimed to raise awareness of inappropriate 999 calls we receive. Such calls can have a negative impact on the time it takes us to deal with genuine emergencies. We also used the feature to discuss the use of 101. As you can see from the details below, a mix of humour alongside serious and educational messages ensured we achieved our aims.
