Mornington Beach huts

We travelled to the Mornington peninsula to spend the day with our friend Andreas and his girls. We had a sunny day...hooray!.... And even managed lunch outside. Saw the fab view from Arthur's seat and then had a lovely walk round Mornington and along the beach. These lovely beach huts caught my eye. Apparently they change hands for over a hundred thousand dollars!
