I headed to Aberdeen to see Ru and help with some a 'flat-full' of cleaning.
It's strange how a bit of cleaning and de-cluttering can help you feel better, but kill your back.

Later a family gathering and a takeaway curry, (that has to be the best I've ever had), at Fi's with entertainment by Euan and Rhona.
