coffee morning

Off to Dunbarney church in Bridge of Earn this morning (after swimming and riding, of course) for the scout's fundraising coffee morning.

This was a proper, old-skool coffee morning with cakes on tap, horrible coffee and the scouts acting as waiters. The cakes were ace.

Halfway through and +1/3 was getting bored so we went out for a play in the grounds; it's a beautiful church with immaculate grounds including a large patch of brambles growing through a large rhododendron . +3/3 instructed me to get some berries ("you get bambles daddy, get bambles") which he then scoffed. I think he's discovered a new favourite fruit...

Better large for that 70's feel.
