Clouds or Waves?

This is an experimental shot for a new series I'm making and I would like your opinion on this.

I wanted to create a simple surreal suggestion by turning an image upside down and wonder if it works for you.

The normal picture is 180 degrees turned and is the reflection of the facades in the small waves.

By rotating the image the waves have become normal looking clouds, but the houses are a bit surreal.

Which of the two viewpoints do you like most? The waves or the clouds?
