Little promises....

How lovely today to receive an unexpected thank you gift, especially when the time given was all part and parcel of the job.

I shall enjoy watching these crocus bulbs put out their roots, then shoots, then flowers. Little promises of spring.

Busy evenings and long days this week with parent consultations on Wednesday! Target setting tonight. I will make them SMART....small, manageable, attainable and relevant...so we can all move forward with confidence.
