Backbone

It was all go at Scales farm today when we called in to pay for our eggs. They all work incredibly hard to make a quite meagre living. Kathleen here was helping sort out the trailer on the back of the tractor. She was working away in stinking pigshit, on a cold and rainy day, without the bat of an eyelash. I can testify to the smell because my shoes still stink of it !
Today being the 11th of the 11th, many people are thinking of those that lost their lives for this and other countries and rightly so. Spend an extra minute thinking about all those that give service to each and every one of us and are usually completely unnoticed and taken for granted.
