This is an example of how not to look after a product. This is an example of how educating society has failed. This is an example of how end users need to to understand that a product isn't like an everlasting gobstopper - it will deteriorate. My Sister in Law has had our hot glove for over 5yrs. 5yrs! Look at it - no wonder the heat comes through! What's the jingle we all sing? "Either look after gloves or buy new ones" (sung to the time of Match of the Day)
