Macaron

My mission this week is to learn how to make macarons. My first attempt are quite lumpy and possibly slightly over baked, the colouring didn't work and my piping was crap. But I achieved the 'pop', they haven't cracked and they taste damn fine. Will try another batch tomorrow.
As for my training this morning- was so nervous I thought I might spew, they were a bit of a blank crowd, and I had a dizzy moment at the end when I forgot to give them the case study I had prepared. 'Tis done though.
