Day at Sea

No rush to rise, had breakfast and then attended a photography lecture on the effects of lighting on the final photo. General broadcast from the Captain to warn us of icy conditions on the outside decks. Had a good old fashioned UK pub lunch (fish & chips and a pint of ale). In the afternoon we attended a wine tasting session to sample a number of wines and to learn the tricks of how to modify the flavour of the meal by adding salt, pepper or lemon, to influence the taste of the wine.
