Vanity license plates

Are becoming more popular in Virginia (US) and provide extra revenue as they cost more. This one is fairly tame, but some folks will try to sneak in a message that may be offensive or obscene . Our morning paper revealed that this one, ICUHAJI, was deemed offensive to Arab-Americans.
