Ridding of temptation

My Mum brought us this when she came over for lunch yesterday, which is very much appreciated by all three boys! I'm not really one for cake but I did develop a sweet tooth during both pregnancies which I haven't thrown completely. As I am fast approaching quite a big birthday ("half time" as Andy so delicately puts it!) I have lost just over a stone in the past few weeks as I was determined not to meet it with any baby weight. It was relatively easy as I just cut out snacks and treats during the week, so this needs to go from the fridge as the boys aren't allowed things like this during the week and Andy is working down in London. I can freeze carrot cake, right??
