Happy Diwali

I think I am a bit late but happy Diwali (Divali?) to all of you who brought in the new year last week. I have been meaning to get this temple for a long time and today I thought I could do it (beautiful sun rise, a strange route to my gym and a good parking spot)...but things didn't turn out as planned. I have had to do too much to this photo to be happy with it but it is a start...may change by the end of the day.

The house is in a complete shambles! The painters will start painting our room today and then move throughout the house. This is strategically timed as my better half has travelled but will be home on Friday when I hope the paint will have dried.
