Well, 8 actually...

We had to take the two young cockerels to their new home today. They'll be in the middle of the countryside roaming in two acres of land and chasing the ladies, no doubt.

While we were there, I fell in love with this beautiful Cochin girl and had to take her home with us - and for the bargain price of £10. She shall be called Beyonce. I think it fits her nicely.

(P.S. Apologies to my Facebook friends who will be raising their eyes heavenwards at yet another chooky picture and my ramblings. Chicken love is a wonderful thing :))
