Bound Crabs
These bound crabs are alive waiting to be cooked. They could stay bound for days, as Chinese believe meat needs to be bought fresh and the freshest meat means still alive at the time of purchase. These ones are spared the cold, usually they would be kept alive and bound displayed in a glass fridge.
