Just for the record

I helped Running Backwards insulate the floor under his dining room or family room and this was the only picture I took! Great experience. Job carried out at breakneck speed between his other commitments but strangely enjoyable. I worried that he would get stuck under the floor but in spite of his size he's still reasonable flexible!
