A visit to see Dad this morning saw him in a really good mood. His new shoes have helped straighten him up and he seems more like his old self. But the memory is not improving, it's worse. But he's happy, more than happy, so I'll take each day as it comes with him.

Eldest child was at a swimming gala this evening. They had an absolute blast; didn't win but they did us all proud.

Another evening sewing on badges. I guess that's what being a parent is all about, and I love it!
