Firework Party

Hi Tom

Tonight we have had a bit of a firework party. First we had drinks and the lads watched the football. Then we cooked hotdogs on the BBQ and heated up the chilli that was made last night. Then we lit the fireworks. We had some really nice, colourful ones and some very noisy ones. A couple went a bit haywire and lucky headed in the opposite direction of all the people. But it was a good display and we all enjoyed it.

Alex bought me a bottle of wine tonight. I thought how kind. Then he told me he bought it for me because the name of it was Fat Bird! It tasted very nice though.

I froze on the poolside today. The water was very warm but something had gone wrong with the heating and I had cold air blowing on me all day. I couldn't wait to leave tonight and get in the car and warm up. Very unpleasant.
