I had a lovely long lie this morning as I have the weekend off. Later in the day I popped up to Gala to do some shopping with the intentions of stopping Gun Knowe Loch on my way back. I bumped into one of the Kelso Health Centre receptionists when I was in Asda and we blethered so long that it was nearly dark by the time I got back to Tweedbank.

My wee Teefer cat is eating well today and as my mum said was maybe just in the huff because I was out at work for 15 hours on Thursday. They are fickle creatures!
