Dreish

Parkrun this morning on a bright frosty morning with ice in places. Same time as last week but I didn't walk any of it (I'm usually slower when I don't walk a short distance on the hill).
Then, after tea and cake in the café it was up to Glen Doll for a hill walk. We set out to climb Dreish but the clear air made Mayar look nearer than usual and we fancied the hill-level walk to it, so Mayar it was.
As you can see there had been snow and it was crunchy on the flatter bits, and there was also a light snow shower. We had hoped for more sun but some clouds gathered, though we did have sunshine as we returned.
An exhilarating day.
