Had a lot of fun messing around with my camera today. My new tripod arrived so I tried that out. It's not really suited for the spontaneity of street photography, but it'll definitely come in handy for other kind of shots. I can see the difference it makes to images. I did set up the tripod on one street corner for half an hour and managed to take approximately two photos and spent the rest of the time chatting to people who wanted to know what I was photographing, who I was, what I do...my life story...! The tripod is staying in the boot of my car when I'm short of time, that's for sure.
