Patriotic Precipitation Protection

It hailed and the world turned white.
It rained so hard that the drains were gagging.

I decided to go into town and try to get a rainy pic. I walked up and down Market Street surreptitiously taking pics of people with umbrellas as I passed them. The light was poor and I was conscious of my camera getting wet so the results were not what I had hoped for.
