Dahlia

Just as I was uploading this I noticed it would be my 300th blip! Quite pleased to have reached this milestone and really enjoying the whole blip experience, thank you to those who comment on my blips and apologies that I don't always reply to them, I do appreciate the comments. This is a very inspiring place!

As we have had no real frosts yet this Dahlia is still thriving in the garden where I was working today. I have planted over 600 tulip bulbs today (and a similar amount of Daffodils last Friday) in the garden of a friend of mine. He does love a spring bulb and his regular gardener damaged his back a couple of years ago so it has become an annual event now where I go and help his gardener plant the bulbs, he digs the holes and I crawl around on my hands and knees planting them. I enjoy it very much, the garden is lovely and has some interesting trees in it, my favourite of which is the Ginkgo Biloba.
