The Great Wall of Twickenham

Slept well on the flight back. A bit of jet lag was just kicking in by early evening, so we went out to keep me awake.

This is a not very nice office block in Twickenham, which is lit in quite an interesting way at night. Those who object to the proposed station redevelopment consider it will form part of a "Great Wall" with the blocks of housing (what else??) that will go above the station. Personally I think the time to object to this block was back in the 60s, when it was built. Anyway, the arguments continue. If you visit Twickenham for the Rugby World Cup in 2015, there will still be a horrible old station that can't cope with the number of passengers who go through on a match day.
