Shooting star!

What´s in the bull´s eye?

I saw a shooting star tonight. I use to see them in august when the darkness comes back to the north after a summer with long bright nights.

But tonight I saw it in spite of the brightness. It was my workmate who last year won the competition when we (all of us working together) were shooting with bow and arrows. He has bragged a lot about that.

Tonight we shot with air rifles and he made 190 points of 200, not enough to win though. He had to share the third place!

Our shooting star went from first to shared third! That you can call a shooting star!

But: We think you are great anyway! ...in other ways.

And we had a nice party afterwards!
