Castle Vosbergen

Today I made a walk around The castle Vosbergen (Heerde). This castle is from the 15th century. During the Eighty Years’ War, at the end of the 16th century, the area around Vosbergen was a constant scene of battle. The rural estate, however, flourished during the Golden Years of the 17th century. In 1715 Alexander van Dedem Vosbergen purchased the rural estate and from this date on it has been owned by this family.
