White Stork

Now there's a surprise … a stork, in fact there were 5 of them and this one, as a bonus had caught a fish.
Moments later the stork decided to drop the fish then spent about 10 minutes trying to find it, which, alas it didn't.

See it larger, more storky and more fishy here.

They didn't seem at all shy neither - I was hidden in a ….. yep, a hide, and this one came really close, even though I was rattling off a lot of shots.

I also saw a kingfisher 3 times, but each time I was too slow to get it …

Did you know that the sound a stork makes is called a "Mutter"? *

I was going to title this blip, "I can't believe it's not mutter".

But thought better of it ...

I hope your Friday is a good one and that you have a great weekend.

Lots of rugby this weekend - Yay!

*it isn't really.
