Loch-an-Eilein colour

As kids we used to spend every school holiday near Rothiemurchus and this was our playground! We had a nostalgic walk around the loch today but the classic views of the castle were not there as the light was no good so these leaves caught my eye instead. It is still magical in that area but I was very disappointed to find it has become so popular where you have to pay to park and start off walking with hoards of people. Luckily most don't walk that far so we did have a relatively private walk around. Oh for the days when we rode our bikes and had it all to ourselves!
