Home made bread

I used to make home made bread a lot in my little breadmaker a couple of years back but I threw the end of a loaf in the compost and only realised when I went to make bread again that the mixing blade was lodged in the bread and thus I threw it out. Mixing blades aren't easy to come by and replacing the pan that would have a blade with it would cost the same as a new breadmaking.

So it's been a long time making bread but I really like it.

My father in law bought us a new one the other day and this is the first loaf I've made in it.

Home made bread is so yummy, I know what goes in it and the smell of it baking makes you feel at home.
