Walking Group

I have had a fabulous day out walking with some really lovely people.. We splodged through mud and climbed over stiles and ended up back in the pub with lemon drizzle cake mmmmm!
Not so good on the way home our preferred route was like a car park everything at a standstill after an earlier accident so we had to come back through Brighton.. Reached Roedean on the coast road and again came to a stop.. 3 1/2 Hours in a jam! This was due to a huge house fire as you climb up out of Rottingdean towards Saltdean.. Interestingly this was a derelict house previously occupied by squatters but now ready for demolition and planning permission for 3 new houses hmmmm!
