Busy Day

The walk to school this morning wasn't as cold as it has been this week. We discussed evolution and were grizzly bears. Once Orla was in school, Conor and I set off for the Woodhouse to meet the lovely Hungry Squirrels and the gorgeous Little Squirrel. We were joined by a friend of hers and her 10 month old baby. All three babies were delightful! When we got home, we helped Gran and Papa look after Ryan until it was time to collect Orla from school. Then it was homework, dinner, taking Conor home in the chucking rain then back to take Orla to her first ever Rainbows meeting. She really enjoyed it and a couple of girls from her class go, so I think it will be a good way for her to cement friendships. We've had torrential rain and huge hailstones this evening. Hopefully tomorrow it will be a bit calmer.
