Bigger....but not better

Sorry for the work related blip but I get quite cross when I get new products to try.

Oral B sent me some samples today, including the toothbrush (shown on the left). In comparison (on the right) is the hygienists 'gold standard' toothbrush.

In terms of effective cleaning, size really does matter, and contrary to popular belief, a smaller headed brush will get in more places than a humongous headed brush (take heed Oral B!).

For the sake of humanity, I will test this brush but it will have to do something pretty darn amazing to convince me to recommend it to my patients.
