Cake.

Chocolate and pear cake.

Our eldest son has been going on about how used to love his grandma's chocolate and pear cake.
So as it is his birthday next week, and we will be away, I made one for him today.
It is just the same recipe, so I hope it tastes as good as my mum's used to!

In the middle of packing at the moment as we are off to North Norfolk for a weeks holiday tomorrow.
Fingers crossed we will have good weather.
Cold and sunny is what I like at this time of year!

I don't think we have any internet connection, so probably won't be blipping for the next week.
Will have to catch up when I get back,
