Morning Glory

These beech trees in the King's Park have been fabulous shades of reds and golds over the past couple of weeks but each time I have intended blipping them the light has been poor or it has been raining. Fortunately, for the leaves are beginning to fall, the morning sun was just right today and shows up the colour well. It was downhill all the way weatherwise with heavy rain. I did however have a very enjoyable catch up lunch with my old school pal, George, in Glasgow
