Discharged

Dad's first meal at home after 3 weeks in hospital. It was lovely to see him tuck into his food because he hasn't done that for some time now. The link up between social services and the hospital didn't quite work at the end - we have to go back for his medication tomorrow. Mom is very confused now - she doesn't know what to do at all as so many new things have been put into the mix - we need to pray that the carer system comes up to scratch tomorrow.
