Running again

A bit the contrast to yesterday's blip. But after some weeks months of sporty laziness (except some rowing sessions) it has now restarted again - thanks to my wife - with some jogging. This morning already we went out for the second (!) time, to run some rounds in the park. Still dark at the beginning and fascinating to realize how quickly the new day became brighter.
