Strawbs

I know it's the wrong time of year but these strawberries smell incredible. Today is mothers birthday and I was allotted a moment in her busy day to deliver her pressies. She was out for lunch at the time and was about to go home and get ready for an evening extravaganza with friends from her village - I hope I can socialise like she can when I'm 71! These are for our pud tonight - we are escaping from Devon tomorrow for a weekend of no children - much as I love them I am very much looking forward to it!
