Doctor, doctor

I do hope the Thompson Twins song is going around in your head now...

This morning started with a great yoga class, actually managed some airtime with the crow pose, I looked just like this, honest! Until I over balanced and headbutted the mat that is! It's a great class, all expat friends who are more than happy to laugh at each other's inflexibilty and suffering!

Tomorrow five of us expat girlies (including three yogi's) are heading off to London, leaving spouses home alone with parenting responsibilities - almost guarantees that the dog will have no water in his bowl on Sunday evening, the children will have eaten none of their 5 a day, the fridge will be empty and that the laundry basket will be overflowing.

I'm glad to see physical proof of the saying "an apple doesn't fall far from the tree".
