Decorated Pierre's cake this morning! Love it and am proud of myself. Thanks to my sister as well for donating the fondant!

Tidied the house, did washing, took Coquine out for a few wee walks in the rain. Lit the fire as it was so miserable a day.

Caroline and Paddy called in as they were in Les Pilles for a bit this morning. Good to see Carrie after her good news yesterday :)

Leaving for Marseille tomorrow to surprise Pierre. He doesn't think he'll see me until Friday :)

The best news I had all day is that my oldest friend, Emma, had a wee boy this morning, just after midnight. His name is Henry Grahame Laird and he's perfect.
