Cheeky Cockies

The night that Bonnie flew into Perth, I won this beautiful painting in a silent art auction fundraiser for the silvery gibbon project. The main event though was a live bidding auction for some amazing photographic pieces and works of art from various artists around the country.

I had literally just picked up Bonnie from the airport when a msg came through to me saying 'You got the Carnaby's picture!'. This particular art piece was painted by Irene Young. I like how she's really captured the cheeky expressions in their faces. I've decided to take it into work tomorrow and liven up my work space a little.
