The latest fast food joint on my "One Street", Cowcross Street, doing a roaring trade at noon with the office workers and the "hi-viz" jacket brigade from the CrossRail site at Farringdon Station. Peter's Lane is one of the only surviving alleyways that used to criss-cross this area, although its old brick and tile shop houses have been rebuilt.
