Tempted

This was too much of a temptation for me!!
Today's challenge topic "TEMPTED"
This Rainbow lorrakeet was sat in the grevillea shrub just across the road from where we live this morning.
I've seen a pair fly over the house the last few days, generally they fly in flocks but they do pair off in breeding season, Spring until December.
They were accidentally released in the South West State in 1960, they have been found in New Zealand and New Guinea where they are regarded as pests due to stripping orchards of fruits and fouling the land.
They are on the list of the least concerned species of parrot in W.A.
I am on the look out now for their nest and young, I will be very tempted to capture those in my camera lens too should I find them.
