Where do you do your ironing?

Not sure this quite comes under the sport of extreme ironing.

This was last night of our sewing bee and several skirts successfully made. We started off with the same basic pattern and each member of the group has an individually designed skirt, and the satisfaction that they have made it themselves. Looking forward to the fashion show at our meeting next week. Church is busy on a Wednesday evening with a local choir so we were in the side chapel but there was enough room for the ironing board in there.

Reception parents are giving 'Wow moment' card to fill in when they think their child has done something extra special. C keeps asking me if she can have another one and giving me lots of reasons for having one. Mostly they are things I know she can already do. She gave up waiting last night and decided to do her own. With a little help with her spelling she wrote 'I wrote this all by myself' on it and then wrote all this weeks 'tricky words' round the edge. Bless her!
