Admin day today so hard at work at home.

Did manage to drag myself out for a run and there would have been some lovely photos of the Autumnal colours around Virginia Waters lake. Not so practical to run with a dslr though!
A good run even though we got absolutely drenched and rather muddy! And I finally got back under a 9 minute mile on my 5 mile run.

Best part of the day was having a nice hot bath and getting into my new Tartan onesie which I am a little bit in love with!!!
