To Glasgow Green today to deliver training for a lovely bunch of Childline staff. Even on a drench Glasgow day in November, the carpet factory glows.

Then off to Paisley to visit a sick friend in hospital. He was a carpet sale man at one time and could tell me the history of the factory, not to mention the arrangement of bomb shelters in the narrow street in Maryhill where he grew up.
