instead of spending the day on the lake enjoying the beautiful weather and swimming on one of the last days we'll have, without argument we marched along as my uncle took us on a boat tour of the thousand islands. despite the poor planning for the day, we survived a horrible tour guide, a floating restaurant and crossing the canadian border twice in one day - and with humor to boot.
