Weißwurst

On the 6th of November is the Leonhardiritt in some places of Bavaria ( Bad Tölz,
Murnau, Rottach). Leonhardiritt a procession of horses.
St. Leonhard is the patron of horses, the Leonhardiritt is an old tradition in Bavaria and some parts of Austria.
And another tradition on this 6th of November is to eat Weißwurst.
